He’s right…it’s not rocket science.

I know I’d rather be treated as a human being than a human resource…wouldn’t you?

I’ve always been a big believer in Richard’s approach of: happy employees = happy customers. “Put your staff first, customers second, and shareholders third”.

As he says in this video…it goes without saying…
